Starting on the 19th July we are riding the Coast to Coast (C2C) route from Whitehaven in Cumbria to Middlesbrough, North Yorks.
It’s a four day trip and we’ll be stopping overnight in Carlisle, Bellingham and then Newcastle.
After leaving Whitehaven, we first stop at Cockermouth going on to Hesket Newmarket and then finish the day at Carlisle. From Carlisle we go to Bailey Mill and then stop off for the night in Bellingham. Leaving Bellingham we head on to the Pennine Cycleway through Walk Forest and on to the Hadrians Cycleway to Corbridge. After Corbridge we follow the Tyne into Newcastle.
On the final day we travel from Newcastle to Consett, then Durham and finish the trip at the Transporter Bridge in Middlesbrough.
