We began this year’s trip at at Cambo-les-Baines in the far south-west corner of France, near Biarritz and the border with Spain.
Our final destination was the Catalonian capital of Barcelona in Spain over 450 miles away.
We climbed many of the famous cols of the Pyrenees including the Col du Tourmalet, Col d’Aspin and Col de Peyresourde, headed into Andorra and then into Spain proper and on to Barcelona (for a couple of nights!).
